Mr. Rowand, Jr. and his father established R&D Landscape Maintenance and Installation Company over 20 years ago. Tom is the CEO and in charge of daily operations. The company under his leadership continues to grow in the commercial market. R&D now employs eighteen maintenance crews, four landscape installation crews, and four irrigation installation / repair crews. R&D Landscape services over 225 commercial accounts including homeowner associations. Commercial accounts range in size from community entrance common areas to complete maintenance of all the grounds within a 104 unit community in which each unit has a separate yard. Tom is a 1991 graduate of Wolfson High School. His drive and motivation has established him as a successful business owner. Tom is involved in his church, and local organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs and Gateway’s Kids’ Success Center.
