Ms. Royal has been with CBRE, an international commercial real estate company, since December of 2003 and is a member of CBRE’s Tenant Advisory, with a specific focus on the Logistics Industry. She served two years on the GCS Account Team, and the nine years on the CEVA Logistics US Inc. account. She is an expert in logistics and has assisted various GCS clients in all phases of real estate services including development and implementation of strategic real estate plans, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions and lease administration solutions in over 24 states and 37 cities in the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Royal worked five years with APL Logistics, formerly GATX Logistics, the last two of which she worked as Director of Real Estate. She was responsible for the leasing and management of a 22 million sqft portfolio in over 100 locations throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Ms Royal was awarded Americas Supplier of the Year – CEVA Logistics Global Supplier Awards 2011; Producer of the Year Award for 2009; Top 25 Producers in the State of Florida for 2009; CoStar 2009 & 2010 Jacksonville Power Broker Award; and 2002 Best in Atlanta Real Estate Deal of the Year Award, Industrial Division.
