Jeff Kinney has played a central role in Jacksonville mortgage banking for nearly 25 years. Transitioning from conventional banking, where he was credit trained, Jeff honed his relationship management and production skills as a bank loan officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University.

State., if the Network Service Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by state funds, including any funds obtained through this contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by LSF Health Systems, and State of Florida, Department of Children and Families.”
