Mr. Perez is the Technical Director at CSX Corporation. He is responsible for the Technology Vendor Management Office which oversees 700 international contractors. He is also responsible for providing Training to 500 employees and facilities to 1,000 IT resources. He is a 40 year veteran of the Transportation, Logistics and Technology Industries. He has held multiple areas of responsibilities such as Director of Application Development, Telecommunications, Desktop Support, Help Desk Center and Change Management. Mr. Perez also has served as the Chief Security and Export Compliance Officer for the Corporation. He earned his degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Psychology from Milligan College. He has served as an Officer in over a dozen Boards and has travelled in 8 international mission trips. He is the Past President of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Mayors Hispanic American Advisory Board for North East Florida Mr. Perez is current Chair for the Clara White Mission and a member of the MAYO Community Research Advisory Board.
