Mr. Jones is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville’s District 9, Warren received his bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Before his current term on City Council, Warren previously served on the Council from 1979-1999, during which he was elected City Council President for two terms (1991-92 and 1992-93). He has experience with the issues at hand, and knows how to best represent District 9.
As required by §286.25, Fla. State., if the Network Service Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by state funds, including any funds obtained through this contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by LSF Health Systems, and State of Florida, Department of Children and Families.”
